The construction of SO lighting cabinets is carried out according to the requirements of the Investor or User, so it must be preceded by the preparation of technical documentation that takes these requirements into account. As a standard, we manufacture the cabinets in a free-standing configuration. The cabinet housing is made of polyester-glass composite material, resistant to corrosion, impacts, and non-combustible. The cabinets are designed with Class II protection, and their construction does not require connection to a protective conductor or grounding.
Control can be automated, manually operated with buttons bypassing the cabinet controller (Rapid controller), locally from the controller panel, and remotely from higher-level devices via RS485 bus or Ethernet network (optionally through GSM/GPRS or wireless network). The cabinets provide automatic lighting control based on the state of twilight sensors and/or an astronomical clock.
Communication between SO cabinets is carried out using the MODBUS-RTU (RS485) or MODBUS-TCP/IP (for IP networks) protocol. Dimming control of the lighting can be performed both by voltage and through the DALI system. Supervision of the cabinet’s output circuits is carried out by continuously monitoring the operation of the circuits, displaying collected information on the panel, and transmitting it through the communication network to higher-level devices. The use of advanced control based on the Rapid module allows for adjusting the functionality to meet the user's requirements.
